Hakmah Nabbanja (left image) is a dedicated entrepreneur and philanthropist, serving as the CEO of Kayp Africa. Alongside co-founders Nabbanja Maria Sharon (right image) and Ssengendo Henry. 

KAYP was established with a mission to nurture talent in young children and provide essential support to underprivileged youth.

Through Kayp’s foundation, Hakmah, Sharon and Henry provide vital resources, including basic needs and educational support, to disadvantaged children. Their innovative approach combines performing arts and creative crafts to empower and inspire young minds.

Hakmah’s passion for giving back to her community stems from her own humble beginnings. Raised in Katwe, a suburb of Kampala, Hakmah and Sharon were inspired by the support they received from a local foundation. Now, they are dedicated to paying it forward and making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and youth.

Kayp-Africa works in close partnership with Bantu Arts Foundation Uganda, sharing a common vision of promoting African culture, creativity, and empowerment. Under Hakmah’s leadership, Kayp-Africa continues to grow and thrive, transforming the lives of countless young people and inspiring a brighter future for generations to come a long side Bantu Arts Foundation Uganda.
