Adungu Tale’ Musical Play Premieres at Uganda’s National Theatre
The “Adungu Tale” musical play, a UK-Uganda production, made its debut at the National Theatre in Uganda. Directed by Steven Kasamba and produced by Bantu Arts UK, the play explores African heritage through the story of a mixed-race child and the traditional Adungu instrument. The premiere highlighted rich cultural expressions through music, dance, and storytelling, featuring talent from both the UK and Uganda.
